Submit a week to lock its worklogs. Approvers approve with one click or reject with a reason. Approvals snapshot the data, so editing or deleting a worklog in Jira later never changes what was already approved. Forward approval rights to a delegate for any person, project, or week when someone is away.

🧭 Teams & routing
Team Leads get a draggable, zoomable org chart and a dedicated roster report. When a team has no active Lead, routing climbs the hierarchy to the Space Lead, so a submitted week is never left waiting.

📊 Reports & classification
Billables reports hours by vendor and user. Time in Status shows how long work sat in each status. Capitalization classifies time as CAPEX or OPEX by a configured field or JQL rule, computed monthly and frozen once the month closes. Every report supports JQL or field based filtering, saved views, and CSV or Excel export.
