Approvals that route, forward and lock
Submit a week per space. Approvers approve, reject with a reason, or forward to a delegate. Routing climbs from Team Lead to parent teams. Approved weeks lock, and a daily scan reopens a week if a worklog is deleted.
CAPEX/OPEX and time in status, frozen monthly
Classify time as CAPEX or OPEX by a field or JQL rule. Closed months are cached and frozen, so a report never changes after the fact. Time in Status shows how long each work item sat in every status.
Plan work against real capacity
See each person's load against capacity by week or sprint. Drag work onto people and dates, split items across people, then publish to Jira. Capacity counts holidays for 207 countries and time off.
