We use Business process manager for most of our ISMS (scheduling tickets and configuring them). It is a great tool. Happy with it.

Business process manager is a great tool. We are using this tool for our ISMS and it really help us managing our ISO related tickets. When support is needed developers respond quickly. I hope the export / backup function will be implemented shortly.
