People Map - Assignee, Reporter, Watchers & Commenters Graph

  • The App draws a graph containing the list of users related to the current ticket.
  • You no longer have to read all comments or the watchers field to check if a user is mentioned or involved in resolving the current ticket.
  • Future Improvement:
    • Show users roles on the graph
    • Show more insight info of certain user: what did the user comment the last time, when did the user edit the ticket the last time, show involvement percentage ...
    • Add actions: for example change assignee by clicking on a user node, ...
