Space Sync for Confluence (Copy & Publish Pages over Sites)

We’ve been testing the latest version of Space Sync and have encountered several significant limitations when trying to synchronize a large number of pages: The page selection for synchronization no longer allows adding pages to the destination space — only the individual page duplication feature currently works as expected. We’ve noticed some side effects that were not documented: All pages in the destination space were moved to the trash without warning. The page ordering is inconsistent, and the original hierarchy is not preserved. Also, don’t forget to request reindexing from Atlassian (for Confluence Cloud) — without this, the page list will fail to load properly. At this stage, we consider this to still be a beta version, and we look forward to a more stable release. The tool is promising but needs critical fixes to support production use with several thousand pages.

  We’d like to provide an update on each of the points you raised on your feedback last year:

  Bulk syncing page synchronization issue --- The limitation preventing pages from being added to the destination space has been fixed and released on September 8, 2025.

  Pages moved to trash without warning --- This issue is has already been fixed and released on February 11, 2026.

  Page ordering and hierarchy preservation (including indexing) -- This issue is has already been fixed and released on March 18, 2026

Perfect app

Works like a charm! Does not sync labels. Upd. I requested "label sync" feature in the support portal and it's already released. Excellent support and communication!
