Fields completely changed how we use custom fields in Jira. The multilevel field is especially powerful, it helps us organize complex data in a clean, user-friendly way. ItĆ¢ĀĀs way more engaging than standard Jira fields and makes form creation much smoother for our teams.

We're using the Multilevel Select field in our JSM portal, and it works great for helping customers choose the right options. Support was very fast and helpful, especially when we needed help with automation. Quick replies with easy to understand instructions. Great app and great support!

We're using the Fields app in Jira Service Management with the Multilevel Select and MoSCoW fields to collect customer feature requests and new ideas. It helps us evaluate and prioritize more effectively. We've also implemented automation rules that improved several reporting processes. Easy to use and powerful, a great addition to our setup.

Love this plug in to Jira. I only realised today how widely adopted it was by our whole organisation. The software team use it for tracking different work types (Strategic, Run, Growth etc). The Leadership Team rely on reports across our portfolio of initiatives (using Custom Fields such as a Quarterly Planning increment and a RAG Progress Status field). It allows us to customise and track specific information about our Legal and Marketing work that has enhanced visibility and understanding of these workflows. Being able to customise Jira in this way has been critical to the widespread adoption of Jira across the whole org.

Fields has made managing our Jira custom fields much easier. The flexible due date picker lets us set rough deadlines without committing to exact dates. We use the multilevel select picker in JSM for customers to report issues and request feature upgrades.
