I installed this app and updated the applicable permission scheme, as instructed, but the app is not visible/enabled. And the support help center also does not function. Proceed with caution here.

  thank you for trying to apply the solution shown in the documentation as instructed. Unfortunately there is something else that causing this behavior as it seems.

  Application's Service Desk is on and running as i double checked. You have to create an account as a customer first and then you can raise your issue here: https://christosmoysiadisdev.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2 .
