Communities for Jira is a tool where you can invite your customers and/or employees to conduct heated discussions regarding everything it's happening in your company.

The application shares the user directory with Jira/Jira Service Management so your customers have their account already there!

Users can create posts, comment on them, reply like on any forum platform, but they are still in your Jira. Giving upvotes and downvotes is possible for Posts and Comments as well.Application can send customizable and targetable email notifications, so you can keep your user base engaged.
