Manage your application access in real-time and allow more users to use Confluence without upgrading license tier
Floating license for Confluence
License Optimizer manipulates the application access in real-time granting access to users only when it is needed.
How it Works
License Optimizer will constantly check the user activity. If a user becomes inactive the app will revoke the access permission until the next activity, clearing space and giving the option to other users to use it.
Free up space automatically
Set up how many seconds after a user should be considered inactive. License Optimizer will revoke application access from inactive users to free up space for active users.
Are you getting close to your user tier limit but the next tier would be too big? Do your users use Confluence only occasionally and not the whole day?
License Optimizer manipulates the application access in real-time granting access only to the users who need it when it is needed.
