Even though I was not a customer yet, they responded quickly to my inquiry, provided very detailed information, and created a custom test case for my specific issue. We now have the app set up in the system, and I've had no trouble getting the hang of it.

Multi Level & Tree Fields has been a great solution for our hierarchical field needs in Jira. It’s easy to use, and the unlimited level support makes our work much more efficient. We especially benefit from its flexibility in reporting and JQL queries. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!
