Data Forms lets you create dynamic, reusable forms to ensure your data is always standardized and can be maintained in a straightforward manner.

As Confluence (or Space) Administrator you can define form templates for your colleagues. Use these templates to attach data forms to pages or to create databases and use the Confluence search to find database entries.
