This is a really solid app that seemed almost too good to be true when we first installed it. We were able to get it connected to our Okta instance within a matter of minutes, same with Azure AD. The amount of automation you don't need to build if you have Multiplier would almost certainly represent a significant cost savings -- it also fits nicely into the JIRA issue layout. A workflow post-function that lets you manage approvals in Service Management and if approved then perform the Multiplier functionality gave us an end-to-end process in very little time at all. Highly recommended and can't wait to see how the product evolves -- it's already super useful.

I found this tool provided by Multiplier very helpful for automating approvals collection which is a very curicial part for our business for auditing purpose. The way the catalogs stores information, helps the IT to build a know procedure and workflow for every resource/application access request. You can really do a lot when binding together this tool together with Jira automation! And above all, the Multiplier Team are very helpful and supportive in terms of responding to the business needs by adding requested features and providing advise! I have not yet used all the features available by this tool. But I am really looking forward to!
