Absences displayed on Issue screen

In general view of issue from other projects, user has button Absence Tracker(1) to open quick preview panel for current and upcoming absences in 7 days(2). Use (3) button to show information about absences in 30 days.

Creating new absences

Creation of new absences for a user is as simple as creating regular Jira ticket.

Easy configuration

Click Initialize Absence Tracker button to open wizard of initialization process.

Did you ever had a problem with issues that was assigned to users on absence? With help of this lightweight plugin you will be able to easily track absences of users active on any Jira issue.

Absence Tracker allows user to log their absences in dedicated Jira project. After that information about created absence will be visible in any issue that given user is assigned to any of its field. This will help you track issues with currently inactive users and do some action regarding that.

  • Create and edit project settings and create new project-level objects (e.g. versions and components).
  • Read Jira project and issue data, search for issues, and objects associated with issues like attachments and worklogs.
  • Read and write to app storage service
