    My team and I are incredibly happy with HelpDesk+ as it allows us to work entirely within Slack without having to worry about context-switching to the JSM ticketing service. The HelpDesk+ Slack bot has been incredibly helpful with streamlining IT requests on the agent end as well. Bravo to the Nextup.ai team for creating such a helpful tool with incredible help documents as well. Customer support has been top notch as well.

    After looking into almost all the solutions in the Atlassian Marketplace we've decided to go with HelpDesk+. The simplicity and documentation (and the helpful videos) are unmatched by any other product we tested. The product is very intuitive and it is clearly evident that the product team of HelpDesk+ invested a lot of thought into it - the product is easy to use, intuitive and has all the right features, e.g. the ability to capture custom fields right from Slack. Finally, we've had a nice onboarding session with them, which helped us set up all that's necessary within about 15 minutes. Thank you!

    A maior parte do nosso trabalho acontece no Slack, principalmente, em um cenário com mais de 800 agentes de atendimento. E ter um HelpDesk+ como solução nos permite oferecer suporte aos usuários através de conversas no Slack sem necessidade de abrir o Jira. Permitir que os usuários/agentes abram chamados no Jira a partir de conversas no Slack é um grande diferencial para tornar nosso atendimento mais ágil, colaborativo e organizado. É uma excelente solução para diretores que querem aprovar chamados a partir do Slack (sem necessidade de abrir o Jira). HelpDesk+ se tornou um aplicativo fundamental para nossos times de atendimento, para nossos usuários e para camadas gerenciais.     Upon searching for a ticketing integration that would allow myself and my agents the ability to have ticketing exist primarily in Slack, my research brought me to a company called Nextup.ai. After researching their HelpDesk+ integration, I was immediately eager to see a demo and reached out to someone on the team. This is where I met Logan. He did an amazing job explaining to us how the integration took the best parts of JSM and allowed us to operate it almost entirely within Slack. This was amazing to hear and his demo showed us exactly that. At that moment, I was sold. Logan and the team at NextUp were instrumental in helping us set up HelpDesk+ in our Slack workspace. From our very first client meeting to the day we launched, the team at NextUp were by our side consistently checking in and helping us work through any issues that arose during our testing phase. Our ticketing system went live last week and based on the reviews coming in, our customers are very happy, and relieved, that we decided to make ticketing work for them in the environment they love most, Slack. Without Logan and the team at Nextup.ai, this would not have been possible. Thank you to the team for helping us get set up and we look forward to seeing what you all come up with next!

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Slack first support - HelpDesk+.
    4. Click Install to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
