Geo Attachments Viewer was designed for the best experience of previewing with geo data files. Just upload any files that can contain geo data in KML or GeoJSON form and refresh the page and you will see the list of tiles with the previews of uploaded files.
Tips
-- If you do not see Geo Attachments Preview plugin in the issue view - click on the top right button with three dots and select the app from the list to show.
