• SLA gadgets now allow users to customize the series of the Time to First Response & Time to Resolution gadgets. The current "Priority: Highest" can be changed to display the set of issues that the user prefers. These gadgets also permit now to change the colors of the charts.
• The JQL Custom Charts gadget now:
  • Links the charts segments to the represented issues when clicking on them
  • Allows toggle results with zero values to avoid cluttered charts

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue when there was a custom field called Sprint besides the default Sprint Jira Software field
• Fixed an issue with when grouping status in Grouped Bar charts
• Fixed an issue that wrongly linked projects in PQL Custom Charts gadget (integration with Projectrak)

Our beloved Dashboard Hub is now available for Data Center instances. Thanks to our recent incorporation to the Appfire family, we've been able to speed up this process. We want to thank everyone who helped during this process, but specially to our colleague Javier who's been working non-stop the last weeks and Shankar who has helped Javier with all the performance testing and improvements.

Together with the brand new Data Center version we're releasing:

• New datasource to connect Bitbucket cloud from server and data center instances
• Several bug fixes
• Performance improvements thanks to the effort in the data center version

Here’s a brand new big release for our server apps. In this release we focus on feature parity with cloud (remember that all our features are first released in the cloud counterparts due to the release life cycle of our apps) and fix a few bugs that our customers reported:

• Feature parity with cloud. Opsgenie, Insight and Statuspage are now available as datasources i.e., you can display information from them and use all their metrics and gadgets

  • The estimation statistics for the Resolved Issues gadget displayed Story Points twice when the sprint had issues from team-managed and company-managed projects.
  • NaN error (a.k.a. Batman error) in the Sprint Health gadget when the estimation statistics field selected was empty.
  • Error when selecting some queues in JSM.
  • Some gadgets didn’t support the High Priority feature, causing an error if selected.

Server is always a step behind of cloud due to the life cycle of our apps. A feature or bug fix in cloud takes way less time to be tested and released, since it has less overhead. Due to this, we have to wait a bit more to prepare a release for server.

But today is that day, we just released a ton of bug fixes (all bugs detected by customers and several detected by us) and got feature parity with the cloud counterpart.

• ITSM dashboard template is now available in the Jira and Confluence server versions
• Loading gadgets improvements. Now, the gadgets are loaded using a better batch loading strategy (loading data of rendered gadgets first) that avoids freezing when loading huge dashboards, and reduces the loading time of the dashboard.
• And all the features in our Product News page like Gadget export to png, Dashboard export to png, Export to CSV/XLSX in the JQL Custom Charts gadget, JQL Custom Charts for Jira and Confluence, High Priority gadgets, Open PRs by Author...
