KOJI is perfect for automating my customer support. It is a self-service solution that connects automatically with JSM and Confluence. My customers are delighted.

Koji is a great tool to use in Jira Service Management and is easy to configure. It provides a comprehensive chatbot solution from a simple FAQ to a complex workflow. Dashboards and analytic reports are also very handy to use. The Konverso team is fantastic! Quick response and always driving for improvements.

Koji chatbot improved a lot our help desk and the customer experience. The tool is performant, stable and intuitive. Small price, but full features! Customisation is also a plus that makes your support platform tailored as you want. Their support service rocks!! Helpful, responsive, they care about customers and they're receptive to suggestions and improvements. Top notch! Great job guys!
