    We've reworked management/configuration UI, please check updated version (v1.0.1).

    UPD 2021-03-22

    We've added some logging into plugin code. Can you, please, install 1.0.1-0001 version and enable logging for 'ws.slink' package in Jira (System -> Logging and Profiling -> Configure logging level for another package -> ws.slink INFO). Please, try to save plugin configuration again and send us server and client logs of the operation (to `appdev (at) slink.ws`). Thank you.

    BTW: which version of Jira do you use?

    Please, check updated version (1.0.2). We've fixed bugs with configuration processing. Also if you use other our plugin - Customer Priority - update it too (to 3.0.3).

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Incident Manager for Atlassian Statuspage via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
