Fixes JRASERVER-11505 and renders links for all protocols with javascript on the client side. Because this solution happens on client side and the app is only delivering the javascript to convert links it is compatible with data center too, but I can not set this app to be compatible because providing enterprise level support is part of the approval process for data center apps. Feel free to contact me for a data center compatible jar file or look in the comments at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-11505 .
