Chronicle Plugin for Jira (On-Prem)

Key functionalities

• Types of scheduler settings, that enables user to select how frequently the data needs to be collected from the chronicle
• User Assignment Criteria, wherein the user can create the criteria based upon the filter condition, which scheduled job will assign the tickets directly to the user that has been mentioned in the criteria
• Ticket Creation Criteria, wherein the user can create the criteria based upon the filter condition, enabling the plugin to only create those tickets which matches the criteria
• Proxy provision that enables the plugin to route all the chronicle APIs through proxy server for ticket creation and chronicle enrichment actions
• Last job run date-time, that enables the user to understand when was the last successful job was executed
• Custom Issue types, through which the tickets can be identified whether the tickets are of IoC or Alerts
• Enrichment, 3 types of enrichment a user will be able to perform:
  • IoC Matches
  • List Assets Impacted
  • List Events
