See who's being recognised, and who's giving
A Kudos page on every enabled project: your badges and points, the leaderboard, the latest kudos with the reason and the issue that earned them, project-wide stats, and who is doing the recognising.
Turn kudos points into rewards they can spend
Points earned from kudos become a spendable balance. One click sends the request and commits the points and the stock; approvers approve, reject or mark fulfilled, and a rejection returns both automatically.
