Alpha Solutions Development workflow

This is the first release to marketplace, the release number is our own internal release number.

There are some post-functions, that are not exported correctly:

• Closing an issue, sets resolution to Done and unassigns issue.
• Reopening an issue, deletes resolution.
• The flow supports closing an issue from any state. In this case, we have setup a screen to let users select resolution.
