DataCenter Compatible Compatibility alert: This version is only compatible with Sinergify Salesforce package version 5.0 or above.Below are the release notes of Jira Plugin v4.6 (Server/Datacenter)

  • Introducing the ability to create Salesforce records from Jira, map fields from Jira issues and set default values to minimize manual efforts.
  • A New Screen has been added on the Admin configuration page to configure the create Salesforce record functionality.
  • Provided a button to redirect to actual Salesforce record from a glance.
  • Introducing Feed Signature to display the Jira user information while using Feed posts
  • The authentication screen now shows more helpful information, i.e. Salesforce Instance URL, Integration user’s name and email, Instance number and name.
  • Events will now be fired concerning the projects and their issue types selected, rather than for all Projects & Issue Types.
  • Events now also support work logs & time tracking
