Checklist for Jira Cloud now runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform, so your data stays inside Atlassian infrastructure.
One step after upgrading
Forge apps are not placed on the issue view automatically - this is how the Forge platform works, not a setting we removed. Open any issue, select Add apps, and choose Checklist. To do it for everyone at once, turn on Show for all work items and the checklist appears on every issue without anyone adding it.
Everything else carries over
Checklists, templates, statuses, assignments and project settings all move across on upgrade. No export, no re-import, no downtime.Also in this release
