    Decide which field you’d like to auto-fill and choose a user whose access permissions you’d like to use to train the ML1 models, no coding required. Reduce manual inputs and optimize routine processes

    Set a custom training schedule with a cron expression, and decide on the maximum number of issues the model will use for training. This will enforce training of the model with the most recently created Jira Tickets

    Monitor your model’s performance through reports on accuracy, status, errors, and duration of training. This helps to make sure the automated field population during your Jira tickets creation is consistent and accurate

    • ML Server uses summary and description fields from historical data to create a training model;
    • After the model is successfully trained, The ML plug-in starts to predict field values;
    • ML plug-in applies auto fill in the specified field each time Jira users create new tickets.

    I’d like to thank the ML1 team for their amazing work. This plugin automated and optimized the work of the Technical Support L1 Department in our company. Issue’s workflow has become more clear and transparent, this facilitated new TSL1 engineers training. Issue execution time was reduced and TSL1 engineers productivity increased. A lot of manual work was reduced, such as searching for a corresponding system administrator, distribution between people. It allows system engineers to proceed with the issue without waiting for TSL1 working hours and issue routing from their side. Thank you for the Good Work!

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate ML1 via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

    To find older ML1 versions compatible with your instance, you can look through our version history page.
