ServiceNow Integration for Jira (Two-Way Sync)

This is a great app that lets you get started in just a few minutes. Great customer service which matters when you are trying to figure something out that is as complex as integrating 2 very different tools together.

  Hi Diana,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review—though we’re naturally concerned to see a 2-star rating without any accompanying comment or support request.

At Getint, we always aim to deliver reliable integrations and dedicated support. To ensure that, we provide AI-supported documentation and offer assistance via live chat, email, and our support portal. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any message or ticket from you in our system.

If there’s something that didn’t meet your expectations, we’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to understand what went wrong and make it right.

  We’re here to help—just reach out - jacek@getint.io

This plugin is a game-changer for syncing between Jira and ServiceNow! It's incredibly easy to set up and use, saving our team tons of time by eliminating manual updates. The fast value it brings is undeniable – we had it up and running seamlessly in no time. A must-have for teams working across both platforms. Overall, very impressed!
