El comienzo de mayo es feriado bancario en Polonia, lo que resulta en un poco más de tiempo para responder. En cuanto a la asistencia, tenemos varias opciones disponibles, incluido un canal de Slack dedicado, así que ahora es mucho mejor :). Esperamos que nos pruebe una vez más en el futuro. Además, nuestra gente de soporte solo habla inglés, por lo que es difícil manejar las solicitudes en español... ¡pero estamos haciendo todo lo posible! ;)

Implementation of a synchronization between Jira and Service Now with Getint. Very easy to set up, the product is very well designed. The support is very responsive to different needs. I highly recommend it.

Works as it should. I can integrate applications quickly and efficiently, which makes my work much more manageable.

In one project, we decided against developing our own interface for time reasons. The AddOn is simply great and offers a cost-effective solution for many usescases. The support is really first class! In case of configuration queries or problems, someone was always available and we were able to overcome every hurdle together. My conclusion: We will now do without the development of an API much more often and use this AddOn :)
