Azure DevOps Integration for Jira (DevOps Connector)

Very handy and easy-to-use tool for integrating Jira with Azure DevOps. The setup was straightforward, the integration worked smoothly during my testing, and the Getint team has been proactive and supportive during onboarding. Overall, a very good experience so far.

After comparing a few tools, we landed on Getint as the best overall fit. The setup was smooth, and migrating from Jira to Azure DevOps was easier than expected—tickets, attachments, comments, and even images came through perfectly. The interface is clean, and the sync works reliably once it’s up and running. One thing to note: while day-to-day use is straightforward, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep if you're inheriting someone else's setup. Some of the configuration options (like the sync direction toggles) could benefit from clearer documentation or in-app guidance. That said, support has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, a solid and well-built tool that gets the job done efficiently.
