While there are some initial configuration bumps and bruises, the GETINT team was extremely helpful in establishing our connectivity to remote Jira instances. The functionality of Worksync itself is valuable and helps significantly in effective communications of all necessary Jira field values, workflow states (does require some specific workflow configurations) and ticket status across Jira Cloud instances.
