The administrator only needs to manage user accounts in the central provider such as Azure AD, Okta for user provisioning

Important :
Changes in SCIM Base URL: There is a change in the base URL to generate distinct SCIM connection URLs for different providers. This might require updating the base URL in the SCIM App configured in your Identity Provider (IDP).
