Keep track of down times by managing incidents.Incidents are opened automatically when health checks fail. Collaboration for incident handling is supported and you can keep track of all incidents for a monitored service.
Use the Service Monitoring dashboard where all services are clearly visible. You can also embed services into a Confluence Page to improve visibility of the services status for non-technical team members.
