Dashboard Hub Pro (Charts, Reports, Time in Status for Jira)

Loading some gadgets like cycle time or time in status takes long time to load. When trying to configure a gadget I always have to click 3 to 4 times on the three dots before selecting a configure Could you improve these features or correct these bugs ? --> Yes this was resolved by the editor. But we are still facing lot of slowness issues impacting hundreds of users in our company. This is really painful, because we are depending on this plugin to allow our customers to have access to dashboards. F5 does not refresh all gadgets in a dashboard page : this is also painful. Clicking on a chart with 5000 issues causes the link to break. Custom fields in the dynamic filter bar : missing No horizontal scrolling in 2D Pivot Tables. It is a poor experience for us and I had lot of expectations for it because I was the one who promoted it internally.

  We’ve already prioritized a few updates that directly address some of the issues you pointed out:

  Coming in v4.4.0:

  * When the entire dashboard is shared via the Customer Portal, you’ll soon be able to refresh it with a single click. This release is currently in the final QA stage.

  Planned for v4.5.0:

  * Broken links on charts with 5000+ issues: We’re investigating better alternatives here. The current issue is tied to the browser's URL length limit (20,248 characters), which is tricky since it’s outside our control, but we’re on it.

  * Horizontal scrolling in 2D Pivot Tables: Our UX team has designed an improved layout to enhance scrolling visibility and usability.

  Looking ahead, we’re also planning to support custom fields in the dynamic filter bar, focusing on performance to ensure smooth operation.

In my opinion it is a very interesting extension to Jira, as it enhances and complements Jira's own dashboards by adding key functionalities that add a lot of value. I would also add that it has great potential and possibilities for further development and improvement over time. And of course the support has been very responsive and resolved issues with great kindness and speed.

App provides a great solution for allowing us to present a dashboard of information populated from our jira instance. The Developers were quick to respond to my questions and were able to quickly turn around a feature request. For v1.5.7. Looking forward to further features and developments.
