      Hi Yves,

Thank you for this. What you describe, an issue followed from the first report all the way to a corrected release, is exactly how we want support to work: staying with the problem until the app itself is fixed, not just patched around.

I'll pass this along to the Dashboard Hub team. Those regular improvements you noticed are the same release rhythm that carried your fix, so it's good to hear it shows.

If anything else comes up, you can reach us anytime at our support portal.

      Cheers,

Paweł Customer Success Team | Appfire

I have been using Dashboard Hub for about 4 years. There have been many improvements. It's a great add-on and the gadgets can create the visuals to tell a good story in real time. Customer support has been excellent. For the price, it is an excellent value. As another reviewer suggested, load times need to be better/faster.

      Hi Apryl,

Four years with Dashboard Hub, thank you for sticking with it that long. "Gadgets that tell a good story in real time" is a lovely way to put what dashboards are for, and we're glad support has held up over the years too.

On load times: there are admin-side performance options, refresh intervals in particular, that can noticeably change how heavier dashboards behave. Worth a look if they haven't been tuned yet. Either way, I'm passing your point along to the team.

If one dashboard drags more than the rest, our support portal can dig into what's weighing it down.

      Cheers,

Great app with excellent support: Dashboard Hub is a great add-on app. The customer support is fast and professional — we received a response within just a few hours after submitting our request. We really appreciate the app, and our own customers love the visual dashboard modules (gadgets) available in their customer portal. It’s a great addition that adds real value for both us and our clients. Suggestion for improvement: loading times are internally somehow sluggish (>2000 tickets) and RAM consumption is high.

      Hi Chris,

Glad the support turnaround landed well, and even better that your own customers have taken to the dashboard gadgets inside their portal. Surfacing those visual modules to your clients, not just your internal teams, is a genuinely nice use of it.

On the sluggishness past 2,000 tickets and the memory footprint, that's fair, and worth tuning rather than living with. Our Manage Performance Options guide covers the auto-refresh interval and work item limit that make the biggest difference on large instances. If it's still dragging after that, send your setup through our support portal and we'll dig into the specific dashboards.

      Cheers,

The app itself is fine, but ultimately pretty underwhelming in scope. The feature set feels basic and not particularly differentiated, and it doesn’t really stand out from other tools in the same category. Where things really fall apart is support, especially for APAC customers. Response times are painfully slow, with roughly 24 hours between replies, which makes any kind of incident response effectively non-existent. When our dashboards crashed and went offline, we were left waiting days without resolution, and they are still offline as of writing this review. Even more frustrating was the way support handled the issue once they did engage. Instead of investigating properly, they repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto our JQL queries, despite the fact that I had already provided screenshots clearly showing the query editor itself throwing errors. There was no real ownership of the problem, just deflection, inconsistency and an attempt to close the loop without actually resolving anything. To make matters worse, the internal coordination and professionalism feels off top to bottom. At one point, a “product manager” offered to discuss the issue, but the only available time slot was on a weekend. That alone is pretty telling about how little priority or respect seems to be given to enterprise customers. Overall, the product might be “fine” in isolation, but the support experience is so poor and so unaccountable that it seriously undermines any confidence in the platform. If you’re planning to run anything business-critical through these dashboards, I would strongly reconsider, there’s simply too much risk in relying on a system where outages can last days and support is both slow and unwilling to take responsibility when things break.

      Hi Adam,

Thank you for the review and for flagging the dashboard visibility issue.

When Dashboard Hub Pro shows no data across dashboards, the most common causes are usually datasource access, Jira project or filter permissions, dashboard owner versus viewer mode, or changes to the JQL and saved filters behind the gadgets. We are checking the ticket with those areas in mind and will continue working through the details there.

A few resources may help narrow this down while we investigate. The Dashboard Hub status page is the best place to check for any service-wide issues. The datasource documentation can help confirm whether the Jira connection is available and configured as expected. The supported products and integrations guide explains how Dashboard Hub connects to Jira data. The dashboard permissions guide is useful for checking access differences between owners and viewers. The This Jira Instance datasource FAQ may also help if the affected dashboards rely on the default Jira datasource.

Please add any affected dashboard links, gadget screenshots, datasource names, and recent permission or filter changes to the ticket so the team can validate the setup and help restore the expected data view.
