Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback (even though it’s tough to hear you ran into some issues). We definitely want to understand more about what happened so we can dig in and get things sorted.
We're always on the lookout for bugs, and we do our best to patch things up as quickly as possible. In fact, we regularly ship updates with fixes, just take a look at our recent release notes:
# May 26, 2025 – 3 bug fixes
# May 9, 2025 – 11 bug fixes
That said, software can be tricky sometimes, and things occasionally slip through the cracks. If you can help us fill in the gaps, we’d really appreciate it.
Whenever you have some time, you can share more details through our support portal. We’ll take it from there and aim to fix things up ASAP.
