Customer Details is truly an amazing app for Jira Service Management (Service Desk). This app is saving my clients precious time as they fill out our Service Desk forms. All of my clients have said they are very happy now that they donât have to fill out the same information each time they submit a ticket. The customer support Iâve received from Tom and Witold are absolutely top notch! Additionally, Appsvio is constantly updating their app to make it even better! I strongly recommend this product because of its wonderful features and its outstanding customer support! Thank you Appsvio for this excellent app!

the product is excellent, . Had a long-standing problem with it not working, but i opened a case and the customer support eventually resolved it i recommend a 5 star

when you are totally NEW user, team is reactive otherwise you don't exist and everything is slow no reaction as at beginning.
