Just as in Jira macro you can type the desired JQL and set the result number than choose the required fields to show.
You can set the column title and the filters like creator, creation date, text.
On the view mode you can see the desired comments with its details

CommentBrowse REST API Extender is the app designed only for the needs of CommentBrowse for Confluence. It extends Jira REST API so that CommentBrowse for Confluence could get some extra data which cannot be retrieved by using public REST API.
With CommentBrowse for Confluence you can display Jira issues with comments.
More comment columns can be added and the comments can be filtered by:
- created by
- created from and/or to
- day of week
- contains specified text
JQL can be used to query the required issues.

Installation
- Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate CommentBrowse REST API Extender for Jira via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
