Good app, but it seems elevated privileges were required. Questions to the vendor went unanswered, so we cancelled and removed.

We have been using this application for several months already and very happy with its functionality, ease of use and very well documented. A lovely solution to a difficult problem.

Excellent tool. Bad pricing model for organizations with more than 10 users.
