    This is a simple and useful tool to schedule tasks. I ran into a couple issues and one feature gap, both of these Appsvio were quick to address. I'm very happy with the product and their responsiveness.

    App meets all our expectations, including the ability to create action lists for scheduling ticket creating that include checklists. In fact, this feature wasn't originally supported, but after contacting Appsvio's Support, they agreed to include it in the next version rollout, which they did just over a month after their commitment. This IS excellent customer service!

    App was always very slow, but now opening the config page to add or edit an issue template takes minutes. The app is currently unusable. If it works, it does what i's supposed to do. But having an app to schedule tasks that is just not showing the config page makes me wonder if issues are always scheduled as they should.

    App freezes from time to time. Editing the recurring task could be much improved, when editing one thing the other thing is changing too without my intention. If you want to use it, just be careful, I am gonna look for an alterntive

    Outstanding support. We had encountered a bug yesterday. I reported this via a service ticket. Within 30 minutes I had a zoom call with a technician who not only fixed the bug immediately, but also went through other suggestions for improving the software with me. These were directly put on the agenda for updates. First class service - Super functionality. I was really impressed.
