Magic Estimations is in my opinion the best tool on the market. Our team has been using it since the beta version and even though we experimented with some other estimation tools after the beta phase, we kept returning to Magic Estimations. With a Jira user base of over 100 but a core development team of fewer than 10, justifying the expenditure for the paid model was challenging. However, this is where Tech-5, and more specifically Alex, truly demonstrated their commitment to user satisfaction. We reached out, expressed our concerns, and were promptly offered a feasible solution, pending the rollout of individual licenses. Kudos to Magic Estimations for the great tool and awesome personal approach!
