The custom CSS only affects text within the inserted macro, not the whole page. This is not a perfect solution, but it may be enough for certain needs.

Thanks David for the feedback and your review. Unfortunately, there are some technical restrictions in the Confluence Cloud environment, that does not allow our app to apply the styles to the whole page. For transparency, we just updated the app description and added a section that points out this limitation.
