Convert Salesforce Opportunities to Jira Projects

The hand-off between Sales teams, Professional services and Development teams is made easy. Salesforce Opportunities are converted into Jira projects, including: description estimated hours, due date, assignee, reporter.

Opportunity Products become Jira Issues

The Products (quote line items) from the Salesforce Opportunities become Jira Issues. This ensures that the project in Jira is in alignment with the contract that was signed. The project can start on the right foot.

Jira Work Logs sync to Salesforce for Reports

The connector sends Jira information back to Salesforce (including work logs, comments, and more) so you can build custom Salesforce reports on: project profitability, burn rate, hours logged vs. estimated, and more.

More details

The Salesforce-Jira connector is feature rich. Upon installation in Salesforce and Jira, it will create several custom objects in Salesforce: Jira Connector Settings, Jira Users, Jira Projects, and will add 3 ready-made reports about your synced projects. Not only does it enable you to turn any Opportunity into a Jira project, but also to import existing Jira projects into Salesforce. The sync frequency can be set as low as 15 minutes, or forced manually per project. The sync includes Issue Name and Description, Assignee, Reporter, Work Logs and Comments.
