Jira Service Mangement support for customers can se work-log report, project cost and dispute work-logs sessions. Export work-logs to MS Excel for Payroll/Billable work-hours income.
Click grid cell and press Tab to move right, Shift+Tab to move left — each move saves the change via blur. Type a single digit to ADD it to the original. For example: 5 then 4 → becomes 9 (5+4). Navigate with Tab/Shift+Tab; leaving the field posts only the added amount as a worklog. Tip: focus the green + and press Enter to open the Add Worklog modal for that day. When you click away or Tab to another cell (blur), only the increment you added is posted as a worklog. The total for the cell is then updated.
