QAlity Plus - Test Management for Jira

With the installation of QAlity Plus, we were able to migrate our test cases from On-Prem to Jira cloud. We can organize our test cases with proper folder structure in the test case repository. QAlity plus is an excellent tool with user friendly features that make test management effective. I would like to thank QAlity Plus team for their quick turnaround time whenever we have any questions regarding the tool. Overall, it's been a positive experience for our QA team, and we will continue to use QAlity Plus for our testing needs.

We evaluated several products as we looked to add a cloud test management tool to our environment. The QAlity Plus team was responsive through the initial process to get on calls and answer our questions before initiating a trial. During the trial, they worked with us on the best way to migrate test cases from our current tool based on limitations in the current tool. Also, during the trial period we saw an enhancement come through that we were able to start utilizing. We are currently working through migrating all of our test cases to QAlity Plus as our repository.

Hello! First, thanks for reading my review! Our situation right now is that we are using Excel spreadsheets to track our manual testing. Obviously, Excel sheets have limits. We are currently doing a Proof of Concept using QAlity and are loving it! Some good points: * I've been able to beat our existing Excel sheets into simpler CSV files and import our tests into QAlity/Jira. Sometimes importing these CSVs fight me a bit (I get errors, or the test descriptions end up in the wrong tests). However, I think those errant errors are more on us and our aging Excel sheets. Pro tip: copy out the contents of an existing sheet into a clean Excel, then save as a .csv. Overall, this worked quite well and saved us from having to manually type in our existing test plan. Upon importing, we broke our large single step tests down into multiple steps that can be signed off individually. We added screenshots and other clarifying information that will help us more quickly onboard testers. * We absolutely love the ability to make a ticket (Jira feedback issue type, for us) right in the test case. Moreover, we love that each test case will have a history linked to those feedback items, so the tester knows if this feedback is existing or previously failed. Such a time saver! * Simplicity is paramount throughout QAlity. I wouldn't consider this a feature rich product, but we weren't looking for that complexity. We were looking for a tool where the learning curve wasn't going to drag us away from testing for too long and wasn't going to bust our budget (we're a small team). I feel QAlity is killing it in these departments -- super happy here. Some feedback: * One minor annoyance is that screenshots can't be reordered when attached to a single step (either in the actual step or as a test step result). This can be solved by breaking down the step further or even using an additional step just for the screenshot. It would be nice if screenshots could be put inline, the way we can with a Jira feedback item. Again, a minor annoyance. * Another minor thing my team fed back to me is that to close an image that has been opened in a test, you must hunt down the X, rather than clicking anywhere -- this contrasts with the rest of Jira. The Esc key does work to close an opened image. Thus far, we are quite pleased with the experience of QAlity.

Hi, This is an updated Review after exploring the tool for around a month now QALity Plus caters to a large set of use cases. It is easier to create, manage, execute test cases. There are several bulk options supported too. Easy to use. Competitive pricing Good support Suggestions: 1. To make Test case columns customizable. [Ex: Ability to add a new column named 'Pre-condition'] 2. Ability to import Labels directly from excel along with test case 3. AI support or integration to derive test cases automatically from requirements or stories or designs
