Calls it a free app, cant use delete users feature without buying pro

  Thanks for your review. We would like to say that your comment on the free app not being able to perform a delete without the Pro version is false. Here’s a link to our documentation which shows and state what can be done and how delete works within our BulkOps Free. If the delete didn’t happen, you can review the audit log to see why the delete failed and also take note that BulkOps Free works only on a site level and not organization level. Furthermore, our support team is available to help you if you were struggling to use the feature. We think leaving such comment is disingenuous and doesn’t reflect the fact of what the app does. Please reach out to our support team if you require us to help guide you on how you can use the app to achieve your delete request.

I thought it's free with some limitations but...not. Feeling got scammed. I choose "Delete my account" but the return page is 404 error. Feeling scared. The features listed look nice but you can't use them without being PRO except only 1 function. So it's better if they say: Our product is free for 0.1% and the rest aren't! If they did that it should be better and more honest and have my respect but now: no.
