Add google analytics to customer portal to analyse portal visitors
Track visitors in Jira Service Desk customer portal.
To set the app, you need your google analytics tracking ID. How to find your tracking ID ?
1- Go to the manage apps section
2- Find Google analytics in the left menu and click on Configuration Page
3- Insert your tracking ID and save
You can now analyze user visits on your jira service desk portal.
