Key highlights of the appA team engagement calendar for Confluence, running natively on Forge so your team's entries stay inside Atlassian
One entry a day, per calendar
Specify the people, start date, duration and, optionally, a label for the calendar's topic. Each person records one entry a day on the shared grid. Permissions ensure users record values only for themselves.
A trend row for the team on that page
A footer row plots the average team response on a line graph. Node size indicates the percentage of the team that responded on a given day.
One page, several questions
Users can record different values on multiple calendars for the same day so that cross-team users can respond separately to each team's calendar, or a single team can track several issues at once.

More details
NikoNiko Calendar puts a niko-niko calendar on a Confluence page. Specify the people, start date, duration and, optionally, a label for the calendar's topic. Each person records one entry a day on the shared grid. Permissions ensure users record values only for themselves.
- Calendars can use a 3- or 5-option scale and a Smiley, Square or Cat theme.
- The grid covers up to 50 people over 35 days and suits a team of five to nine. A trend row plots the daily average, sized by how many responded.
- One page can now carry several labelled calendars, each with its own entries, so your team can track multiple topics at once.
- Available in English and French (other languages on request!)
Data Privacy: The app runs on Forge, declaring four Confluence scopes and no external permissions or remote hosts. Users can modify or delete their own entries at any time, and site administrators can remove any person's data (including that of deactivated accounts) from an Admin Page.

Version information
Version 3.0.0•for Confluence Cloud
- Release date
- Aug 6th 2026
- Summary
- Forge migration. New: Team Trend Row, Admin Module, multi-calendar capability
- Details
Version 3 migrates the plugin from Connect to Forge and delivers new functionality:
- Team trend row, plotting average team response on a line graph. Node size indicates the percentage of the team that responded on a given day
- An Admin Module for better data privacy management: admin users can delete data per user (including deactivated users) or per date (all data recorded before a chosen date)
- Users can now record different values on multiple calendars for the same day, and an optional label describes what each calendar refers to. Cross-team users can respond separately to each team's calendar, and a single team can track several issues at once (eg sprint confidence beside release readiness).
Existing macro pages keep rendering, no reconfiguration needed.
