Just start type your issue summary!
Configure search results for every project
Go to the Project settings -> Relevant items. Set Confluence KB - a number of issues and articles for displaying.
Set additional custom field for search
Search items displaying below Summary field by default.You can add Text field for processing search results like in a Summary field.

This plugin allows you to see existing issues and articles when you try to create new issue. Also you can set additional Text custom field on your screen for search relevant items.
Each relevant issue shows with:
- Issue type
- Priority
- Resolution
