Virtusa’s homegrown collaborative estimation platform for scrum teams
- Session Creation
The scrum master / mediator has the ability to create the poker session and list the user stories to be estimated in the session.
All session participants will have a say in the final user story estimation, facilitating mutual understanding and consistency in user story sizing
- Parameters
The scrum team possess the capability to proceed with the estimation session through a common set of parameters defined by the mediator (along with their complexity variations) , within the session.
- User Story Points
Automatic assignment of the finalized story point score from the estimation session, to the relevant user story on the requirement management ALM
- Mini Spec Generation
Automatic generation and assignment of the MiniSpec containing details of the common parameters, to the estimated user story
