Asset Management for Jira (IT Assets & License Manager)

We were looking for a simple and reliable asset management solution, and we finally found exactly what we needed. The app meets all of our requirements, except for one minor issue, which was resolved by the support team in no time. I was truly impressed by their responsiveness and dedication. I started using this app nearly two years ago. While I found it helpful from the start, the improvements they have pushed out over the past six months have made this app invaluable to me, especially the Bulk Edit feature. This app makes it much easier to update and monitor hardware. I tested out 3-4 different asset management apps, and this one definitely stood out. I don't use it as it is really intended, which is to manage inventory of the company's own devices like laptops, but rather use it to track large electrical equipment sold, tracking shipping, warranty, and subscription info, along with dozens of other data points. Not only can I link these assets to Jira epics and project tasks, but I can also export them to Apps Script to process and generate dozens of reports and dashboards. Very good app, and great support.

Asset register is nice and simple and is starting to provide a lot more functionality. Support has been super receptive and implemented features that we found useful like the merge buttons to retain item history. Would recommend!

We have been using the app now for several years. We needed a tool that would maintain our physical and non physical assets. And to maintain the expiry date with notifications. For things such as domains, SSL certificates and the like, we now never forget to renew! Support has been also fantastic in the very few times we have needed it.
