Does not show any backlog issues from my project (and there are no troubleshooting docs for this), so it's rather useless.

As per other comments, ticket priority is independent of the 4 regions in the Eisenhower Matrix. Dragging and dropping issues from the backlog and between the quadrants is great, but it really needs to happen without changing the priority. E.g. just because I delegate a task doesn't make it e.g. minor - it could be a blocker. Why not use an additional field in Jira to store the quadrant?

It only maps to priorities (automatically), which do not really match the four regions in the Eisenhower Matrix (we use MoSCoW priorities) We would buy it, if it could map the 4 regions individually to a custom created field (e.g. dropdown which provides the same four values like used in the matrix) in our issues. And therefore decouple it from our standard priorities.
