    Loom has made it easier to communicate intent more effectively and clearly substantially reducing the time taken to respond or resolve issues. Has kept conversations more contextual and focused. Highly recommend.

    I appreciate the ability to view videos without having to go to Loom. Staying in flow of reading the ticket and working in Atlassian is huge.

    Very useful to be able to record a loom from Jira Software and JSD, especially for longer conversations like describing a bug or clarifying a requirement. Better results and less frustration due to increased clarity in communication Absolutely love it!

    Installation

    • You need to be using Google Chrome for this integration to work. If you already have Loom’s Chrome Extension installed, you can use Loom in Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management Cloud. Just open Jira Cloud or Jira Service Management Cloud, and you’ll see the “Record a Loom” button when creating or responding to an issue.
    • If you don’t have the Loom Chrome Extension, it only takes a minute to install. Download the Loom Chrome Extension and then open Jira or Jira Service Management.
